Nasfund – Toea Homes Estates Partnership 2020

The “Nasfund – Toea Homes Estates partnership 2020” is an initiative between Nasfund and Comrade Trustee Services Limited (CTSL) to provide quality and affordable homes for eligible members.

1. Eligibility criteria – Members must be:

• Currently employed and a contributing nasfund member
• Eligible for bank loan (First Home Buyers only)
• Eligible for housing advance from nasfund

2. Offer – This offer is for:

• Purchase of land
• Purchase of land and house package
• Quality and affordable homes built to last
• Internal pre-checks to determine capacity to purchase and build

Also note:

• This offer is for members in NCD.
• The offer will only apply to the first 30 eligible Nasfund members.
