Nasfund is pleased to announce its latest initiative aimed at providing convenient access to its valued members. As part of the Fund’s drive to enhance member experience, we will introduce Mobile Service Booths at various shopfronts during weekends, to make services more accessible to members. This will effectively phase out the traditional “Super Saturday” service, which required members to physically visit branches during weekends.
Following the successful outcome of the Mobile Service Booths trialed at the beginning of this year in the Nation’s capital, Nasfund will continue with this approach by setting up Mobile Service Booths at strategic shopfront locations. We aim to start off with the Brian Bell Home Centre at the Gordons Plaza to complement the 30% Double Discount for Nasfund members. The booth will operate every Saturday throughout the month of August, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Nasfund’s Chief Executive Officer, Rajeev Sharma said the decision to introduce the Mobile Service Booths comes from Nasfund’s commitment to continually enhance member accessibility and cater to their evolving needs.
‘’The success of the trial in the last six months demonstrated that the Mobile Service Booths in shopfronts attracted a lot of regular shoppers, who were Nasfund members who hardly utilize the Super Saturday service.
This approach has also proven to be more effective for all our members to access their superannuation services at wherever sites our Super Service Team has set up. That is why we are excited to embark on this journey to continue improving members’ access to our services.
As a Fund, our goal has always been to create convenience and a user-friendly experience for our members, and the Mobile Service Booth initiative is a significant step in that direction.’’
Services that will be offered at the Mobile Service Booths will include balance checks and account statements, Member Online Registrations, updating of Member Details Update Forms, and onsite printing of Nasfund membership cards for members with updated details.

Members who wish to get a Nasfund ID card are advised to download the Member Details Update Form (MDUF) on our website and have it signed and stamped by their employers before visiting our Mobile Service Booths. Members with multiple accounts who wish to complete a merging process are also advised to take a similar approach.
Nasfund encourages its members to take advantage of this convenient service offering by following our social media platforms to keep an eye out on various locations that our team will be setting up at during weekends.
This service will be rolled out in Port Moresby only with plans of extending to other locations soon.
