“I now have a clear understanding of using the updated document (SF8) to allocate and upload contributions for our staff,” she said.
Manager of Winima Investments, Michael Bernard said that NASFUND has done well with all the new changes and innovations thus making our work much more efficient and convenient.
Employer Service Officer, Graham Ananias said that the team will continue to engage with contributing employers to ensure correct and proper processes must be followed to ensure members' contributions and information are updated on time.
“Keeping our employers informed about our processes is vital, we encourage employers to reach out to us when they face issues regarding superannuation,” he said.
The Lae branch is also conducting onsite client relations services. Employers can request a convenient time for the team to visit their companies to provide same day online member registrations, the printing of ID cards, updating of member details and assisting with general inquiries.
